SAMBA, one of KSA’s largest banks, was facing challenges with generating and transferring Core Banking reports from the branches, which created an overhead of operational and logistical costs. 01 Systems introduced its innovative solution, DocSafe, with its built in COLD archiving capabilities to solve the issue.

The solution helped SAMBA in achieving a seamless capture and archiving process for documents and COLD reports from all across their branches, with super quick retrieval critical reports in seconds!

Arab Bank Digital Voucher

With the Approval of the Jordanian Central Bank, Arab Bank introduced a new service that included the usage of 01 Systems Finger Vein and Digital Voucher. The project aimed at automating branch operations through the use of Finger Vein biometrics to Identify and Verify the Customer as well as Digital Voucher to enable paperless transactions in branches.

Through the Digital Voucher, operations such as Cash Deposit and Cash Withdrawals where fully digitalized and seamlessly integrated with banking systems. The solution allowed for many features on the digitsl tablet including; signature and text input using a pen, numeric data entry, selection lists and many more.

Emirates NBD Digital Voucher

Through the future initiative, Emirates NBD – one of the leading and largest banks in the United Arab Emirates - have implemented 01 Systems Digital Voucher Solution in the new concept branches. The solution is fully integrated with the Customer Relationship Management System of ENBD.

At ENBD, the solution allowed for the display of the form on both the pad and the user’s machine (Mirroring), the collection of the customers Signature, highlighting sections of the document and generating a digitally signed voucher.

Process Automation at BiSB

Bahrain Islamic Bank “BisB”, wanted to automate their business processes and launch their banking products on the fly in response to the dynamic and ever changing market requirements, accordingly BiSB wanted a solution that will cater for their needs and enhance their banking services.

The solution was 01 System’s BPM suit which allowed BiSB to design, create and optimize multiple processes such as, credit applications, loan applications, and remittances with ease, cutting down the process development time and delivering products faster.

Standard Chartered Bank “SCB”, wanted to unify their Signature Verification solutions across all the group countries, they were looking for a solution that would cater for current needs, yet be flexible to accommodate future needs of their ever expanding customer base. Our ECM solution assisted AUB in easing the process of preserving clients information, securing data and providing an accurate flow of information to the end client.

Reports Management at National Bank of Bahrain
